Sunday, November 12, 2023 - A magnificent Mas de Daumas Gassac vertical from the private cellars of Allard Jakobs (Restaurant Sinck, Amsterdam, NL): Single bottle. Lighter style, transparent, floral, flowing, elegant, almost Burgundian, milder tannins but with lovely grip. A point.
