Sunday, July 1, 2012 - It's been almost 9 months since the last bottle I tried. This one is a bit better but they're at/just past their prime, if there were such a thing for this particular vintage of Cristom. Subtle nose of black cherry and vanilla. Very smooth with almost no trace of tannins. Drink up.
