Wednesday, June 2, 2010 - Nose of dark cherry and some smoky, charred qualities. Just a hint of licorice. Powerful nose. On the palate, it's much lighter, exhibiting some pinot noir fruit. Some currant and light vanilla as well. Lots of red berries. It's a pretty merlot.
