Sunday, December 26, 2010 - Drank with home made Italian dinner (on Thanksgiving weekend), paired well with rich pasta sauce. Blackberry & elderberry, slight oak with creme de cassis. A bit on the green side at this time. Needs 3-5 years of cellaring, certainly the makings of a typical high-test, dynamic Shafer juice.
