Sunday, October 30, 2011 - Right out of the gate quite hot but nice tobacco on the nose and palate. After a few minutes it settled down and had prominent toasty oak. Over the next 30 minutes began to focus on cherry cola. Very fruit forward but well integrated oak and enough weight to balance it out. Day 2 less cherry and more cola. Very enjoyable wine if you like this style.
