Tuesday, March 23, 2010 - I loved the 05 vintage, and this 06 is just as good. Loaded with dark, intense fruit, but not ripe or sweet in any way; there is a fascinating saline quality, along with iodine and dried herbs, all held together by beautiful acidity and some moderate tannins.
