Tuesday, March 10, 2020 - Decanted one hour. This is delicious old school Cali Cab. The nose emphasises red currant, cigar box, and lead pencil aromas. The palate is very much alive, medium bodied, the tannin fully resolved with red currant, licorice, and tobacco coming through. This was delicious and a joy to drink albeit it lacks much complexity.
