Tuesday, December 21, 2010 - P&P. Same color as before. Got some Scotch Whiskey peaty thing going on. The PS is really there on the finish. Tight, black PS scrape the palate. Nice lingering finish. Goos stuff, could use more time. Day II. Nose is more cherry, but not all that together. The palate is nice and rich, the ps still dominates the wines parts, big long tart red fruit finish, Grenache and the ps comes in and rears is head, but much closer together and you can see this may be a really nice wine in 2 more years. Yummy stuff.
