Sunday, February 19, 2012 - Drink now. Needed 1-2 hrs to open. Good but on the down slope as the finish was a bit briar like - and the mid-point of the taste while softer had lost character. The label recommended 1-5 yrs from '06 bottling (yes -it's the 04! Bottled in '06) so I'm a bit too blame here in '12.
