Saturday, October 28, 2006 - popped and poured- lovely light ruby color. initial nose had a touch of mustiness that blew of immediately- lots of smoke and ham on the nose after that- that morphed into raspberries and floral- the palate was almost silky, with good energy- the finish maybe could have been a bit longer, but terrific stuff overall.
