Saturday, January 15, 2011 - Passed its due, very flat and slightly vinegary. Wine "exploded" like small volcano when uncorked and a good bit of wine shot out of bottle while last quarter of cork broke off and stayed in bottle. Bottle was not handled roughly prior to opening.
