Saturday, May 25, 2013 - Really stunning bottle of white burgundy. Constantly shifted and evolved in the glass, every sniff and sip was different to the last. Oatmeal, lemon, bookshelf, mineral, chalk, custard and much more. Stunning palate that mirror the evolving nose, showed supreme balance and length. Excelllent!
