Tuesday, October 16, 2018 - Really came in to its own after three hours open, no decant. Looks ruby with some bricking. N: Sous bois front and center mixed with both sour and at the same time perfectly ripe cherries. P: More sous bois, mushrooms, some pleasant tartness with a medium finish. All the reason one needs to age their burgundies for 10-12 years.
