Monday, June 14, 2010 - Black pepper with bold red fruit to the wine. A savory note to the wines. Drier than I would have thought. Much drier than I thought they would have dared to make. So the fruit is lower than the tannin and acidity -- you feel those more than the fruit. Very interesting.
