Friday, April 18, 2014 - Rich yellow, clear. Fresh herbs, petrol, vanilla, green olive on the nose. A bit of tannin, with good acidity. A hint of butter and sweetness, lemon curd, grapefruit, baking spice, olive on the palate. Very long finish. Like a grand cru burgundy. Very, very delicious.
