Tuesday, November 24, 2009 - Light straw color with an expressive nose of white flowers, pears, Fuji apples, a hint of lemon zest, and minerals. On the palate, some honeysuckle, pear and white peach. Well balanced with delicately layered fruit. Best served at 55F. Approx $17, 12% abv, drink thru 2013.
