Sunday, September 2, 2007 - Pulled from vinotemp and drank with Riedel wineline Chardonnay glasses. Big sharp lemony nose. Big bright citrus/lemon fruit. Big acid. Very fresh tasting. Long pointed finish. Very focused. Burgundian. Seemed still young and fresh and probably could go for at least five more years.
