Friday, June 4, 2021 - Colour very developped, deep yellow. Yes I drank it too old BUT it was still a positive surprise. Impressive nose, very Alsace. Very full taste, loaded with aroma. Definitely Grand Cru material. Not surprisingly, now lacking accidity. This must have been a really good wine at say 5 - 8 years old. Not sure why this property is not very well regarded. I would not hesitate to buy it again.
