Saturday, November 11, 2017 - Nose: minty, earthy, very fragrant, mineral and gamey underneath.
Palate: still feel a bit of fresh cherry fruit, quite juicy. A bit watery in the mid-palate, but hold on with good mineral sap and subtle acidity. A solid tannin grip in the end, which was quite surprising for such age.
Very well aged Burgundy with still life ahead!
