Thursday, July 2, 2020 - Abundant red fruit against a background of 2007 acidity and judicious use of stems. Pure. Sensual. A masterpiece. The tannins are very fine and completely integrated. 2007 is not a vintage of rich wines, but the best wines are sensual, have lots of energy, and are amazingly aromatic. The nose on this wine would convert anyone to Burgundy. Expensive! Bottle 98 out of 1824.
