Wednesday, October 26, 2016 - Casual Burg Dinner with Friends (Formento's - Chicago IL): Ripe orchard fruit aromas and flavors. Slightly musty to start, even a bit muted. Really opened up with 10 minutes in glass. Age appropriate evolution with very good concentration. Very good length. started shortening after an hour in glass, then less interesting after two hours. Best through 2018 or so.
