Thursday, December 29, 2011 - - Garnet color with medium forming legs and aromas of walnut. It's lacking fruit and has flavours of dusty and bacon with a medium body. Silky texture with a medium finish - Opened and decanted from cellar temp. Huge lees, clumps of dark almost black sediment while the color of the wine was lighter brick red.
