Friday, May 15, 2009 - Lunch @ Modern Pantry- Lemon yellow clear color, bottle looked well preserved and the wine had a youthful nose with some citrus and flowers. in the mouth it was medium eight, a little light on the acidity but very clean and balanced. over lunch i put on a bit of weight (decanted) and showed some toffee, citrus and some nice honey flavors. drinking very well now and still some years ahead of it
