Monday, July 26, 2010 - This wine had the deep yellow color and a high intensity nose of citrus, almond paste, white stone. In the mouth the wine was rich, viscous, and long. It was very interesting to taste this wine right next to the 1992 Batard. They were very much the same style wine but the Batard showed more weight and length. Again, I see no reason to wait but it should last a few years or more. Great stuff!
