Sunday, May 19, 2013 - Tasted blind, this wine looked strong with a medium yellow center and clear rims. The medium+ intensity nose showed apples, citrus, honeysuckle, and white stone.
In the mouth, this wine offered a lot of drama as it was big & ripe. While it didn't have the sublime complexity of the Chevalier, it had great balance, good acidity, and great length.
While excellent now, this will easily last 5-10 years. Enjoy!
