Sunday, August 16, 2015 - From another excellent looking bottle, this wine had an amazing bright yellow center and clear rims. The high intensity nose featured lemon zest, marzipan, apples, and white stone.

This wine was great from the get-go but improved with 4 hours of air. It was ripe and rich but buttressed by great acidity. It had great balance and length. After 5 hours the powdered stone in the finish was blowing me away.

While I have not read my prior notes, my recollection is this that this wine has been consistently good. This bottle was great!
