Saturday, June 5, 2021 - Some funk at the open. Blew off and got better and better as the night went on. Gained weight and complexity. Texturally this had a viscosity more similar to Rhone white. Good acid backbone and plenty of fruit. Some lemon, celery, flowers. Well stored bottle still showing well.
