Sunday, May 24, 2015 - Three years after its recommended pull date, these bottles drank beautifully with an Asian inspired Black Cod (Sablefish), rice, and baby bok choy. Flavors were very complimentary, the subtle sweetness held up well. I had a backup French Rose in case it had turned, but they were both excellent -- a tribute to Lou's winemaking??
