Monday, November 14, 2005 - Deep garnet color with a strong brett/barnyard on the open that blew off mostly after about 15 minutes. There were dried fruit aromas with licorice and spice matched by similar flavors in a medium bodied mouthfeel. Well made, not too complex, tasty but tannic and will drink well matched with stewed meats or an aged pecorino.
