Friday, September 26, 2003 - Tasting of two older Cabernet Sauvignons at Ruth's Cris Steakhouse, second place, lovely old style cabernet character on the nose, rich cherry fruit, slightly sweet fruit on the nose, drank very well with the steaks, medium body, elegant, supple and Bordeaux like, medium/big finish.
