Saturday, August 12, 2023 - This was another good bottle very like the previous but with graciousness taking over from savoury. On the nose there was just a hint of coming decay with whiffs of cabbage emerging but with air the gracious fruit and minerals pushed it aside and on the palate it was not perceptible. This is a warning to open my remaining bottle soon. Very good.
