Tuesday, August 8, 2023 - The beauty of 2001 includes an incredibly high degree of consistency. I had a bottle in March, and this one is just as profound. The intensity is the same. The fruit and honey are in perfect balance. It’s about as good as mature German Riesling Spätlese can be. Magic in a bottle yet again.
