Friday, May 7, 2010 - (Tasted Blind): Intense fruit notes burst forth on this full-bodied, powerful wine. Plenty of sour cherry, creme fraiche and earthy notes complexed with some undergrowth and button mushrooms. Fairly massive wine, a tangy acidity still keeps it going. Moderately rich, this is a pretty good, if hefty, example. Blend of Sangiovese, Syrah, and Petit Verdot,
