Sunday, May 9, 2010 - popped and poured, drank over the following 5 hours. Dark ruby. Cool, medicinal nose, framed by sour cherry. In the mouth, a touch on the lean side but really quite good. Sour cherry again on the palate,with some definite sauvage caharacter as well. Long finish.
