Saturday, May 21, 2011 - Agree with the Grapefruit Contingent here. Great round mouthfeel for such a nicely acidic SB. Didn't feel that this was a wildly exciting wine, but also felt that I mighta overchilled it -- as it warmed up a bit it had a little more interest to it. Went nicely with a zucchini/tomato/chevre pasta dish, but wasn't so delicious that I regretted using it to saute the red onions with it.
