Friday, December 4, 2009 - 2 hours after opening. Deep ruby color. Nose of underbrush, pasture, and wet cedar. Dark fruit and minerals on the palate. Very well balanced. Drinks beautifully right now.Very pleasant, soft mouth feel. Long finish with traces of bluberry, plum, and leather. This is a gorgeous wine in its early stages; a real treat before it goes dormant.
