Sweet in the mouth, simply a joy to drink, and with a splendid sweet-sour lingering finish. What a treat, and a stunning match at lunch with rabbit in olives, lemon and fennel on polenta. I've not has many CndP with this much age on, so have little with which to compare, but our host (who opened this bottle) is very happy too.
