Tuesday, December 18, 2012 - WSET Level 2 Class 9 (BCIT Downtown Campus, Vancouver, BC): Tasted non-blind. Clear, medium+ amber. Nose is clean, pronouced intensity, with aromas of molasses, baked banana, candied fruit, strong vanilla. Palate is dry, low acid, medium body, flavours of sweet oak spice, vanilla, baked pineapple cake, molasses. Finish is medium+. Quality is acceptable to good... not my preference.
