Saturday, November 22, 2014 - Decanted for an hour. This was a really delicious fruity wine, lots of fruit, yet poised and full of tastes and smells. Definitely a nice green streak here, bit of green paprika, also some leathery smells. The palate suggested this is at its peak. I do have to disagree with the previous taster, this is an excellent wine, made in the Fonquerle style, close to the terroir of the region.
