Saturday, January 7, 2006 - Decanted for about an hour. Lighter reddish-brown color, just a bit of cloudiness, medium body. Red raspberry attacks the palate, but then the wine settles into a nice coffee / cola balance with just a bit of heat and a hint of tannin. Seemingly OK finish at first gets more intense and lingers for a while. Good stuff, drinks well right now.
