Monday, January 23, 2017 - Still with a very good colour. The wine has kept up very well, with soft tannins and fruitness. A complex Bordeaux with the characteristic earthy after taste.
Had it decanted for appr 2 hours. Very limited solid material.
Drank for dinner together with PR and family. Food was reindeer and mixed root vegetables. Very good fit
