Medium expressive nose that is dominated by honeycomb/beeswax, also lemon, white peach, honeysuckle, white pepper and limestone. Excellent concentration, subtle white fruit driven palate impression, very little acidity but strong mineral expression helps to maintain balance, and a medium to long clean white fruit driven finish with strong beeswax at the end. It is fascinating that the wine shows good balance as it lacks acidity. I would love to revisit in ten years.
