Thursday, July 16, 2020 - Cellared at 55 since purchase upon release. Medium translucent surprisingly brightish ruby w pigment thinning ambering at rim w 2sh mm meniscus. Now the fun starts fresh pure thinly concentrated cherry raspberry cinnamon black tea notes on nose echoed on palate w lively focusing acids and clandestine tannins that come out of the background only at close leaving a nice astringency inviting this drinker to take another drag. Super juice and tremendous vindication for keeping a cellar.
