Friday, November 27, 2009 - Disappointing QPR. The palate doesn't deliver what the nose promises, turning taut and dry and lacking interest overall. I imagine this to be very versatile with food -- too bad we were serving it as an apertif. I don't drink sparkling wine very often. I preferred a $20 bottle of Cava to this.
