Tuesday, July 9, 2019 - Casual dinner at S.K.Y.: Wow, what a great mature Merlot that still has legs to go. Full deep aromatic profile with mature plum, spice and cedar. Great plump mouthfeel with fresh, juicy fruit and suave fine tannin. Still has the structure to hold and perhaps improve. 1991 was a vintage for Ridge.
