Sunday, November 18, 2018 - With family at the 900 Wall Restaurant in Bend Oregon. Opened by staff upon arrival to serve with main courses. Brick red in color, pleasant but initially reticent nose. Strawberry-cherry in the mouth with some complexity in the background. Fairly well balanced and did improve over the two hours. Perhaps not a great Burgundy, but was a nice accompaniment for each of our various entrees (duck, salmon and chicken).
