Tuesday, August 27, 2013 - At first it seemed overdue but after an hour in the decanter all the unpleasentness disappeared and a really complex wine with citrus aromas minerality and a long aftertaste came through. I Think it Was opened at just the right time it Being a lovely summer night with with freshly caught trout.
