Saturday, December 26, 2020 - 2018 ex-cellar bottle. Intense nose of very dank earth, cherry pit, carob, herbs, wet leaves with a hint of baking spice. Evolves nicely over 2 hours, with lengthy plum, earth, raspberry, pepper flavors and quite smooth tannins. Drinking beautifully on the second day with very little discernible oxidation, excellent overall.
