Friday, November 27, 2015 - Very fine showing. Entering into a more mature phase. Lime, meyer lemon and other citric notes. Good body, not especialy acidic; demi-demi-sec, just a tad of RS. Only the faintest of chenin wooliness on the palate. Highly enjoyable across a range of strong indian curry flavors. Excellent pairing.
