Monday, February 8, 2021 - Single blind tasting
Pale gold
Aromatics medium. Rock, wax, wool
Palate medium +. Acid medium + with crescendo aspect. No phenolics. Yellow apple, salt, ripe lemons and minerals
Finish has medium length. Rounded mouthfeel, but balance is towards the acid
Dry glass notes of rocks and salt
Can drink now, but despite the age still has the acid to cellar further
